Well there's no point complaining about the empty shelves. Everyone has to put up with that. I will however praise the Lady in the Deli, Kerri-Louise I think her name was. But courteous and professional she was. A Credit to the Store.

Good supermarket with different layout. Still very hard to find products because they are not laid out in logical manner. Items that are related are not necessarily close and sometimes not even in the same aisle. You still have to remember where things are, because they are not necessarily easy to find. Still the same, but still a lot of empty shelves.
All ways good value and great choice of product. Going through a major renovation at the moment due to finish around November, the new Deli section should be finished late August. Perhaps it will make some of the staff a little bit more friendly. After 15 years many staff who we see every week still just walk past with no acknowledgement or smile. Shame, they could learn a lot from the competition.
Friendly staff stocking all Woolworths brand products you'll find this place easy to navigate won't be disappointed
Usually shop elsewhere but today was very surprised when I went to Woolies Warwick. A lady called Lony was on the checkout and even though she was really busy she took time to help pack neatly, was friendly, helpful and so nice. Thankyou Lony.
Pleasant and helpful staff with a good approach to customer service supported by very good product offerings. It would be great if they published some basic information on preparing and cooking a range of foods. Especially useful for cooking novices.Could be done via the Web or in-store pamphlets. Perhaps a mix of both.
The bakery at this Woolies is incredible! Do yourself a favour and get hold of their cinnamon scrolls - soooo delicious. I’ve tried other Woolies’ versions and this is by far the best. Always fresh, always consistent sizes and decent amount of icing. Thank you to all the team there who make this a really pleasant shopping experience.
